Barry Burden is associate chair of the department and his areas of specialization include electoral politics and representation. Date / Time: December 16, 11:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. Subject: Winter Medley Featuring: The University of Wisconsin-Madison Concert Choir Location: Tripp Commons, Memorial Union, Madison, WI Description: Back by popular demand, the University’s Concert Choir will captivate you with its a cappella repertoire. Conducted by Beverly Taylor, the advanced-level, 50-member choir has recorded compact discs and premiered new works. The group also offers singing Valentines in February and will go on tour in Europe in March 2009. In addition to the concert choir, Professor Taylor conducts the 150-voice Choral Union and directs the graduate choral conducting program.
